Growing up as a proud "Navy Brat" in sunny San Diego, California, Dianne now calls New Braunfels, Texas home, where she resides with her cherished husband, Robert Rodriguez, and their playful companions, Lily and Daisy.

With a rich background as a former Vice President of Human Resources (HR) for esteemed international luxury hotel companies, as well as experience as an adjunct professor and current HR consultant, Dianne brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective to her writing.

As an avid writer, Dianne has penned numerous articles exploring spirituality and faith, along with creating impactful leadership and cultural films and programs utilized throughout the hospitality industry. Her debut memoir, "An Imperfect Caregiver’s Journey," offers a poignant glimpse into her life experiences.

Currently, Dianne is channeling her passion into crafting enchanting children's literature with her delightful Puppies Series. With each tale, she aims to inspire and captivate young minds, fostering a love for storytelling and imagination.
