Frequently, I concealed from those I loved that I didn’t believe I had the strength to carry on one more day. To my own surprise, somehow I did. Additionally, I had to confront my own lingering fears and doubts about my relationship with God or rather, his relationship with me.
I had much to learn and made many mistakes along the way. Yet, throughout our remaining time together I discovered an even deeper, more fulfilling love that forever changed my understanding of purpose, commitment, and gratitude for God’s love.
I also came to understand that my experiences were not entirely unique. Whatever the events or the challenges we encounter, we are all on a path that includes both shared experiences and individual growth.
This is simply my story,
